Product-Specific Terms & Licensing
GrowMargin
Subscription and lifetime licenses permit calculating net profit margins and exporting PDF reports for store operations. Account credentials may not be shared publicly.
SpriteFix
Free and Pro workspace licenses grant non-exclusive rights to normalize, process, and export sprite sheets for commercial and indie video game production.
CamSprite & ThumbSmash
Distributed under Apple Standard EULA and Google Play Developer Distribution Terms. In-App Purchases and game assets are licensed for personal, non-commercial redistribution.
TakeWebNotes
Licensed for personal and team browser note-taking. Users are responsible for preserving local exports and complying with third-party domain usage terms.
Etsy Digital Goods
Spreadsheets and templates purchased on Etsy include a personal/business use license. Reselling, redistributing, or claiming original authorship is strictly prohibited.
Engineering & Web Services
Custom website development, SaaS building, and mobile app engineering are governed by agreed-upon milestone scopes, deliverables, and written invoices.
